Return Policy
New, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. To get started with a Return, you will need an RGA number before you can return your package. You can obtain an RGA # by calling 650-594-9600 or by filling out our Return Form. Please note, Motion Pro can only accept returns for direct sales. If you purchase through a third-party vendor, you will need to contact that vendor for the return.
All items accepted for return will be credited to the original credit card used for purchasing the order. Returns are credited to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days after the returned item has been received. The refund will be for the full value of the items returned, unless otherwise noted. Shipping fees will not be refunded to your credit card.
Custom cables are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
